Through our partnerships, industry relationships, and acquisitions and development professionals, we have the ability to review a wide range of real estate related opportunities from which we have acquired and/or developed both core and value-added investments.
  • We generally acquire low or moderate risk properties in locations for which our particular development and asset management proficiencies are intended and particularly well-suited to add value during and through ownership.

  • Our current portfolio approximates 5 million square feet mostly comprised of high-quality “NNN” leased and nationally diversified properties. Our aim is to complement our current portfolio through a combination of sale-leasebacks, reverse and/or build-to-suits, “preferred” developer projects, ground and “sandwich” leases and value added projects.

  • A considerable portion of our holdings consists of properties valued from $5 to $25 million and ranging in size from 30,000 to 200,000 square feet. of individually offered or pooled higher-valued or larger assets that are suitable only for persons or entities of substantial financial resources.

  • We regularly participate as a prospective purchaser and acquire portfolios of higher-valued individual and/or pooled assets that are generally presented only to persons or entitites of substantial financial resources.
